Social Career is a volunteer platform that recruits volunteers for non-profit organizations (NGOs). In order to publish volunteer recruitment, NGO staff need to log into the portal system to create posts and post them to the platform. But the current design of the system does not match the actual situation of the whole recruitment. Many NGO staff complained constantly about the confusion when creating volunteer positions, resulting in extensive CS support and manual adjustments to the database due to NGO staff entry errors.

My goal

👉🏼 Reduce the users’ entry errors.

👉🏼 Allow users to finish the entire recruitment process on the portal and able to store the data for year-end reporting purposes.

👉🏼 Standardize the basic recruitment flow for all NGOs.

Additionally, I conducted stakeholder workshops to go through the recruitment process with key stakeholders (eg business teams, NGO staff).
